TLC boosts resourcefulness in equipping professionals with relevant, up-to-date knowledge and skills in their various occupations. Courses such as Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Design Thinking, and Strategic Management for Organizational Prosperity, among many others, are relevant in the job market as exhibited
by the number of students enrolling for them.
In seeking to have a wider reach, TLC has embraced the online platform in offering its modules. With most participants being adult learners, the courses are spaced out to give learners time to absorb the theory and also work on their practical assignments. Course pricing is competitive, and participants receive an ILU NITA-accredited certificate upon successful completion of the course.
